By calling the phone number (02159) 5 61 29, you can report a significant price increase, indicating the name and address of the retail outlet.
The hotline for issues concerning the availability of goods and significant price and tariff increases will operate on weekdays from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
Please note that messages received via the hotline are not registered in the office, and no responses will be sent. The requirements of the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated July 18, 2011 "On Citizens' and Legal Entities' Appeals" do not apply to them.
