Belarus’ upper chamber to hold its first session on 12 April
At the meeting of the XIII Plenum of the Regional Committee of the BRSM, a new leader of the youth organization of the Vitebsk region was elected. Zhanna Naritsyna became the new leader.
The plenum was attended by the Deputy Chairman of the Regional Executive Committee Vyacheslav Durnov, Secretary of the Central Committee of the BRSM Veronika Gudkova, partners and friends of the Youth Union.
– Youth is always there, ready to lend a shoulder. You have shown reliability and coordinated teamwork. I am confident that the new leader will cope with this important mission, – noted Vyacheslav Durnov.
Words of gratitude were expressed to the former First Secretary of the Regional Committee of the NGO "BRSM" Vladimir Babichev, as Vladimir Gennadievich was active and initiative, with an unconventional approach to work.
The candidacy of Zhanna Naritsyna was supported unanimously.
Zhanna Naritsyna began her work in the organization as the first secretary of the Glubokoe District Committee of the BRSM. Since December 2020, she held the position of second secretary of the Regional Committee of the BRSM. Zhanna Viktorovna is an initiative, creative and talented person, a good organizer. Under her leadership and with her personal participation, the regional stages of the family agricultural project "Master of the Village", the rounds of the republican competition "Student of the Year", "Youth Days" within the framework of the International Festival of Arts "Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk", the regional stages of the international interuniversity competition "Queen of Student", the regional stages of the youth innovation project "100 Ideas for Belarus" were held.
