Belarusians, Russians united in remembering war dead

17 enterprises and organizations have been included in the Vitebsk Oblast Honor Board. Among agricultural organizations, the best was OJSC "Vitebsk Broiler Poultry Farm". Based on the results of work in 2023, OJSC "Vitebsk Broiler Poultry Farm" was included in the regional Honor Board.

Successes in production activities are inextricably linked with continuous improvement and, as a consequence, a stable demand for products under the "Ganna" trademark in domestic and foreign markets. According to Natalia Barkovskaya, Deputy General Director of OJSC "Vitebsk Broiler Poultry Farm" for Meat Processing and Quality, today the range includes more than 200 items and product lines: from broiler chicken carcasses and semi-finished products to rolls, hams, and various types of sausages.

By the way, in addition to poultry meat, the enterprise also processes beef grown in its own agricultural branches. For example, sausages and boiled sausage "Peremenka", frankfurters "Shpikachki Obedennye" and "Kupcheskie Lux with Cheese" are in high demand. This year, "Croquettes with cream cheese and mushrooms" (9.5 tons sold in March) and "Paparat-kvetka" cutlet in Belarusian style have been added to the semi-finished product line. "Finnish-style meatballs" have also been introduced into production – this product is good for making broth.

Incidentally, at the "Belarus Miasnaya" meat processors' forum held in March, a closed tasting was conducted where meatballs from "Ganna" took first place. In the near future, a Chicken Kiev cutlet will also appear in the retail chain. In general, the technologists of Vitebsk Broiler Poultry Farm are working on the release of more than three dozen new types of products. 1.1 thousand people work at the enterprise's meat processing complex, which is the largest division. Natalia Barkovskaya notes that the team consists of enthusiastic people who are passionate about their work and do everything to make the "Ganna" brand the best.
