Belarus raises export duties on some oil products

An investor from Minsk, who is involved in the IT business, acquired the former ROVD building on Suvorov Street in Vitebsk for more than three million rubles (3,261,912 rubles).

 

 

This is the most expensive property sold by the State Property Committee of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee at auctions over the past 10 years.

The complex of buildings of the Oktyabrsky District ROVD is located in the historical part of the city of Vitebsk, adjacent to the Governor's Palace and the Square of the Heroes of the Patriotic War of 1812.

In Soviet times, the VDV division headquarters was located here. Since 1992, the Oktyabrsky ROVD was located here, which moved to a new building on Tereshkova Street in 2020.

The complex of sold properties includes, in addition to the ROVD building, the adjacent two-story forensics building, also with the status of a historical and cultural value, as well as a guardhouse and three garage buildings with a car park.

The new owner has been granted three land plots with a total area of over 6 thousand square meters.

The investor has ambitious plans. There is a lot of work to be done, but it will be possible to talk about it after the project is created.
