Belarus concerned about Poland’s foreign policy leading to uncontrolled escalation in Europe
As part of the "Our Children" charity event, the Vitebsk Concert Hall hosted a regional New Year's Ball with the participation of talented youth.
Accompanied by the symphony orchestra of the Vitebsk Regional Philharmonic, in the rhythm of polonaise, waltz, midnight quadrille, polka, and pas de quatre, 42 couples merged this year.
The participants of the event were the best university students of the region, cadets from the Vitebsk and Polotsk Cadet Schools, the Vitebsk State College of Culture and Arts, and the I.I. Sollertinsky Vitebsk State Musical College.
