Azarov opines on true goals of EU peacekeepers in Ukraine
Alexander Subbotin approved the appointments: Yuri Ragutenko as First Deputy Chairman of the Vitebsk City Executive Committee; Alexander Dubrovo as Director of OJSC "Uzmensky Krai" of the Miory District; Sergey Khalimomenko as Director of the Agricultural Production Branch "Zaozerie" of OJSC "Vitebsk Meat Packing Plant".
Contracts have also been extended for a number of managers: Andrey Puisha, Deputy Chairman of the Miory District Executive Committee (1 year); Petr Kunshtel, Director of OJSC "Polotsk Agroservice" (1 year); Nikolay Olenich, Director of the Vitebsk Regional State Inspectorate for Seed Production, Quarantine and Plant Protection (3 years).
