WHO: Belarus has one of the lowest maternal mortality rates in European Region
On April 7, Orthodox Christians celebrate the Annunciation of the Most Holy Theotokos. In a 12th-century church in Vitebsk, named in honor of this most important Christian holiday, the Patriarchal Exarch of All Belarus, Metropolitan of Minsk and Zaslavl Veniamin, conducted a divine service.
