The grand opening of kindergarten No. 38 took place in Novopolotsk, as reported by the telegram channel "NOVAYA.BY - Novopolotsk Today".
To the sounds of an orchestra, the ceremonial handover of the kindergarten's key took place, along with the cutting of a red ribbon.
The event was attended by representatives of the Novopolotsk City Executive Committee, led by Chairman Igor Burmistrov, Head of the Main Department for Education of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee Dmitry Khoma, and Deputy of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus Denis Karas.
The head of the kindergarten, Tatyana Paradnya, gave the distinguished guests a tour, demonstrating the material and technical equipment of the institution.
