HC Dinamo Minsk come up short in shootout against HC Lokomotiv Yaroslavl
On December 17, the administrative building of Belsoyuzpechat at the address: Postavy, Lenin Square, 15, was put up for electronic auction by the committee, which aroused great interest.
The building was constructed in the 1770s as a craftsman's house and has the status of a historical and cultural value, representing a monument of residential architecture in the Baroque style.
The craftsman's house was divided into two parts: a production area and a residential area.
It is part of the architectural ensemble of the former Market Square in the town of Postavy, which was created on the initiative of the then owner of Postavy, the treasurer (Minister of Finance) of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania - Antoni Tyzenhaus, who was engaged in mining and industrial activities here at that time. The construction was carried out according to the project of the Italian architect Giuseppe de Sacco.
The building was offered for sale with a 80% reduction in the initial sale price - for 21155 rubles. There were three buyers for this price. During the auction, the price increased to 51830 rubles.
The new owner is a local production enterprise from Postavy, which is engaged in comprehensive metal processing.
The craftsman's house in Postavy became the second object with the status of a historical and cultural value sold by the committee this year. Previously, a new owner was found for the former Bernardine monastery in Dubrovno.
Currently, the committee is offering 6 more objects with the status of historical and cultural value for sale. These are: the building of the Carmelite monastery in Glubokoye, the building of the distillery in the village of Plamya, Senno district, the post station in the village of Pogrebienka, Senno district, the smithy in the village of Dvor-Nizgalovo, Beshenkovichi district, the manor houses in the village of Goloshevo, Tolochin district, and in the village of Novaya Zhizn, Ushachi district.
Auctions for these objects are scheduled by the committee for January. It should be noted that all objects are offered for sale for one base value. The mandatory condition for sale is their restoration.
