The Belarusian Fund for Entrepreneurship Support informs about the competitive selection of investment projects and business projects for small and medium-sized enterprises.
Application submission period: from January 05, 2026 to January 19, 2026.
Types of state financial support:
loan (provision of funds on a repayable, compensated basis);
property leasing (provision of property under financial lease terms).
Loan funds – up to 5 years.
Property under financial lease (leasing) – from one year to 5 years;
The fee for using state financial support is set at the refinancing rate (9.75% per annum) established by the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus.
Subject and terms of the competition: selection of investment and business projects of small and medium-sized enterprises registered and operating in the Republic of Belarus, as well as having the right to receive state financial support in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Support of Small and Medium-sized Entrepreneurship" dated July 01, 2010 No. 148-3, and the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated June 28, 2024 No. 459 "On Measures of State Support for Small and Medium-sized Entrepreneurship".
