Volfovich: One phase of snap military inspection complete, troops fulfill tasks
The number of citizens' appeals regarding the activities of bailiffs in 2025 decreased by 6%, Minister of Justice Yevgeny Kovalenko told journalists before an expanded meeting to summarize the performance of enforcement bodies in 2025 and set tasks for 2026, according to a BELTA correspondent.
"An important criterion for evaluating the performance of any government body is the number of citizens' appeals received in connection with the activities of the relevant structures. We note a 6% decrease in the number of citizens' appeals received regarding the activities of bailiffs last year," said Yevgeny Kovalenko.
Nevertheless, the total number of appeals amounted to about 9,000. According to the minister, this means that much still needs to be done to ensure high-quality interaction between bailiffs and citizens directly at the local level, without requiring subsequent appeals.
