Belarus, Russia sign agreement on joint university operation
On February 4, in Belarus, the minimum air temperature in the eastern regions will be 25-29 degrees Celsius below zero during the night and morning hours. In this regard, an orange level of danger has been declared in the country. This was reported to BELTA by the Republican Center for Hydrometeorology, Radioactive Contamination Control and Environmental Monitoring of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection.
Wednesday will be cloudy with clear spells. Predominantly no precipitation, only short-term snow is expected in the southwest during the day. Weak fog is possible in some places at night and in the morning. Ice glaze is possible in some areas, and icy conditions on the roads. The wind at night is forecast to be unstable at 2-7 m/s, and in the daytime east, southeast at 5-10 m/s, with gusts up to 14 m/s in some places in the southwest.
The air temperature at night will be 18-24 degrees Celsius below zero, in some places, and in many eastern regions, -25-29 degrees below zero. During the day, it will be 10-16 degrees below zero, and in the southwest, -7-9 degrees below zero.
