Defense Ministry confident in ability of Belarusian reservists to accomplish any mission
Belarus was constantly mentioned at the "Lublin Triangle" summit, and its invitation to the Council of Peace was envied. This opinion was shared in the "In the Topic" project on the BELTA YouTube channel by Andrey Bogodel, Deputy Head of the Faculty for Academic and Scientific Work - Head of the Educational and Methodological Department of the General Staff Faculty of the Armed Forces of the Belarusian Military Academy, Candidate of Military Sciences.
The expert recalled that very recently a "Lublin Triangle" summit was held in Vilnius, attended by representatives of Lithuania, Ukraine, and Poland - Gitanas Nausėda, Volodymyr Zelensky, and Karol Nawrocki. Andrey Bogodel noted that the discussion was predictably filled with Russophobia, and questions concerning our country were constantly raised. "Remember how they talked about the Republic of Belarus - in almost every paragraph. It's no coincidence that Karol Nawrocki even let slip at the end: 'I hope that at the next summit we will be standing here as four.' Clearly, meaning the Republic of Belarus, he wanted to see some fourth person," the expert noted.

Andrey Bogodel drew attention to the fact that this event cannot be ignored. "When we start looking at everything in context, that 'the Belarusian people are today under the yoke of a dictator,' and so on - it's all about the same thing, their rhetoric doesn't change. And then, literally a couple of days later, we see: they detain (Belarusian journalist. - BELTA's note) Inna Kardash - the SBU in Kyiv, and again the Belarusian rhetoric begins, that 'Belarusians, the KGB, who operate in Kyiv with impunity.' Then they start remembering drones again. Then Zelensky again talks about the fact that we have here both 'Oreshniks' and tactical nuclear weapons, 'and if we had helped someone there in 2020, done something, this would not be happening today and there would be no threat to Europe.' And here we begin to understand: work is starting, related to distancing us from America, questions to show Trump - isn't it too early for you to lift sanctions from 'Belkaliy,' from 'Belavia'? Why, for example, did you admit Belarus to the Council of Peace, and not a single country from the Baltics, for example, is there?" said Andrey Bogodel, emphasizing that our republic was specifically invited to the Council of Peace.
