In architectural activities, it will be possible to create and use design documentation in the form of drawings, mock-ups, texts, and images as copyright objects.
For general and detailed urban planning projects, a unified norm is provided for including information on archaeological sites, military burials, and burials of war victims in settlements and suburban areas. In addition, the government of Belarus is planned to be empowered to regulate legal relations for the resettlement of citizens into rental housing, and the Ministry of Architecture and Construction to act as the customer for the development of master plans for settlements with a population of over 20 thousand people and agro-towns.
The need to prepare and issue certificates of conformity and qualification certificates on forms with a certain degree of protection to interested parties is excluded.
