Membership cards and badges were presented to the young people by V.V. Bykov, Chairman of the Rossony District Executive Committee, G.A. Fyodorov, Chairman of the District Council of Deputies, G.A. Podvitelskaya, Deputy Chairman of the District Executive Committee, V.V. Melnikov, Head of the Education Department of the District Executive Committee, and I.I. Povedaylo, Chairman of the District Veterans Association.
