On measures to regulate the keeping of domestic and the capture of stray dogs and cats

Based on subparagraph 4.5 of clause 4, clause 19 of the Rules for keeping domestic dogs and cats, as well as for the capture of stray animals in settlements of the Republic of Belarus, approved by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 4, 2001 No. 834, the Rossonsky District Executive Committee RESOLVED:

 

1. To determine that the capture of stray dogs and cats in the territory of the urban settlement of Rossony (hereinafter referred to as the urban settlement of Rossony) and the Rossonsky District is carried out by the unitary enterprise of housing and communal services of the Rossonsky District.

2. To establish that:

2.1. the places for walking domestic dogs in the territory of the urban settlement of Rossony are:

an unused vacant land plot located between the Kisely stream and Sadovaya Street;

an unused vacant land plot located on Stroiteley Lane on the right side of the Rossonsky branch of the Polotsk branch of the Vitebsk regional unitary enterprise for fuel supply "Vitebskobltop";

an unused vacant land plot located between the production buildings of the limited liability company "Antei-Plast" and residential buildings on Lapenko Street;

2.2. the places for walking domestic dogs in the territory of the Rossonsky District are unused vacant land plots and forest areas.

3. To declare invalid the decision of the Rossonsky District Executive Committee of April 8, 2013 No. 229 "On measures to regulate the keeping of domestic dogs and cats, as well as the capture, shooting, temporary keeping and euthanasia of stray dogs and cats".

4. To assign control over the implementation of this decision to the Deputy Chairman of the Rossonsky District Executive Committee for the area of activity.

5. To make public (publish) this decision in the newspaper "Golas Rasonshchyny".

6. This decision shall enter into force after its official publication.
