According to Oksana Lisova, a psychologist at the Territorial Center for Social Services for the Population (TCSO), individuals returning from correctional facilities and therapeutic labor dispensaries can seek support from the state institution "Territorial Center for Social Services for the Population of the Rossony District." They may be provided with the following types of social services (assistance):
- Consultation and information services;
- Social intermediation services;
- Social and psychological services;
- Social patronage;
- Assistance in the form of used clothing and household items (if available);
- Financial assistance from the Social Protection Fund of the Population (if the citizen is unemployed, has a disability, or is a pensioner);
- State targeted social assistance (provided the applicant is employed).
