for the Granting of the Right to Harvest and (or) Procure Wild Animals Not Related to Hunting and Fishing Objects, (CHIRONOMID LARVAE)
(hereinafter referred to as the auction, bidding)

Date, Time, Place of Auction – August 8, 2025, at 11:00 AM at the address: Vitebsk region, urban-type settlement Rossony, Sovetskaya Street, building 4, large hall (1st floor).
Auction Procedure is determined in accordance with Chapter 21 of the Rules for the Extraction, Harvesting and (or) Procurement of Wild Animals Not Related to Hunting and Fishing Objects, approved by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated June 2, 2006 No. 699.

The deposit amount is paid to the current account of the Rossony District Executive Committee № BY03AKBB36040000056332100000 in JSC "ASB Belarusbank" Minsk, BIK AKBBBY2X, UNP 300009816, OKPO 04062995, payment purpose: deposit for participation in auction bidding. For the participant who won the auction, the amount of the deposit paid is taken into account as reimbursement for the costs of organizing and conducting the auction, and the preparation of documentation necessary for its conduct. In case of refusal or evasion of signing the protocol drawn up based on the auction results, reimbursement of costs for organizing and conducting the auction, as well as in other cases provided for by law, the deposit paid is not refundable. For the participant who did not win the auction, as well as in other cases provided for by law, the deposit is refunded within five working days from the date of the auction. The bidder has the right to withdraw the application for participation in the auction in writing before the auction begins; the deposit amount will be refunded within five working days from the date of application. |

The following are allowed to participate in the auction: legal entities and individual entrepreneurs who have submitted, no later than three working days before the auction, an application, a bank-certified copy of the payment order confirming the deposit amount paid to the current account specified in the auction notice, and a duly certified copy of the certificate of state registration of a legal entity or individual entrepreneur. The application shall indicate the territory and the types of wild animals, not related to hunting and fishing objects, intended for harvesting and/or purchasing based on the auction results.
The auction is conducted by stepwise increase of the lot price. The auction step amount is 5% of the initial lot price. The participant who offered the highest price is recognized as the winner of the auction. If the auction is declared void for any of the offered lots due to only one participant applying for it, the right to harvest and/or purchase wild animals not related to hunting and fishing objects is granted to this participant, with their consent, at the initial price increased by 5%.
The auction organizer has the right to cancel the auction for any of the lots at any time, but no later than 3 days before the auction date, and shall notify the bidders thereof.
The protocol on the auction results shall be signed on the day of the auction for each lot in three copies by all present commission members and the auction winner, and within 14 days shall be submitted for approval together with the draft decision of the district executive committee on granting the right to harvest and (or) purchase chironomid larvae to the Rossonsky District Executive Committee.
The auction winner is obliged to reimburse the costs of its organization and conduct within 3 working days from the date of the auction and to pay for the subject of the auction in full within 5 working days from the date of the district executive committee's decision on granting the right to harvest and (or) purchase wild animals not related to hunting and fishing objects.
Documents for participation in the auction are accepted at the address: Vitebsk region, urban-type settlement Rossony, Sovetskaya str., building 4, office No. 51 on working days from 8:00 to 17:00 with a lunch break from 13:00 to 14:00.
