On the closure of the solid municipal waste landfill "Landfill of MSW of the urban settlement Rossony"

Based on Article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 20, 2007 "On Waste Management", having considered the request of the unitary enterprise of housing and communal services of the Rossony District (hereinafter - UP ZhKH Rossony District) dated October 28, 2025 No. 01-12/1635, the Rossony District Executive Committee (hereinafter - District Executive Committee) DECIDED:

1. To close the solid municipal waste landfill "Poligon TBO g.p. Rossony" (hereinafter - the facility) from November 1, 2025, the location of the facility: urban settlement Rossony, tract "Mayevka", 1 km from the village of Osinniki and 600 m from Lake Karasye.

2. UP ZhKH Rossony District shall exclude the facility from the register of waste storage, disposal, and neutralization facilities (storage, disposal) by December 1, 2025.

3. Control over the implementation of this decision shall be assigned to the Deputy Chairman of the District Executive Committee for the area of activity and the Department of Architecture and Construction, Housing and Communal Services of the District Executive Committee.
