All attention to civil defense!

In the Rossony district, events dedicated to the World Civil Defense Day are actively being held.

This week, rescuers are actively conducting events aimed at teaching people methods of protection against dangers arising from military actions and emergency situations.

The next facilities for these events were secondary schools in the urban-type settlement of Rossony and the agro-town of Klyastitsy. Rescuers held meetings with students, during which they talked about civil defense, how to act upon receiving the "Attention All!" signal and in case of various emergency situations.

Schoolchildren with genuine interest learned how to provide first aid to a victim: stop bleeding, put on a gas mask.

The staff of the Rossony school practiced sheltering in a dual-purpose facility and evacuating a victim.

– Undoubtedly, training in methods of protection against dangers arising from military actions and emergency situations is very important, and at a crucial moment, it will help preserve people's health and lives! – noted Viktor Gerasimenko, a representative of the district emergency situations department.
