Lukashenko noted the significant potential of relations between Belarus and Turkmenistan

President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko congratulated President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov on Independence Day. BELTA was informed about this by the press service of the Belarusian leader.

The Head of State noted that the dynamic development of neutral Turkmenistan over the years of sovereignty is a clear evidence of the country's commitment to progress and prosperity.

"I am convinced that the time-tested Belarusian-Turkmen relations, based on mutual respect and trust, have significant potential, which can be successfully realized through our joint efforts in the interests of the citizens of both states," the President emphasized.

Alexander Lukashenko wished Serdar Berdimuhamedov strong health, happiness, and well-being, and the people of friendly Turkmenistan - peace and prosperity.
