There should be no slowdown in the implementation of agreements following the high-level and government-level foreign visits. This is the main thesis that President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko voiced at a meeting on the outcomes of the visits, as told to journalists by the Head of State's press secretary, Natalya Eismont.

"The President convened a meeting so that without the slightest delay, literally instantly, the government and other officials would begin to implement the agreements reached during the important foreign negotiations that took place. The trip was extremely intense and difficult. The President has never flown out of the country for so long. Everyone saw the intensity of meetings, negotiations, and flights. From the Pacific to the Atlantic, as the Head of State said," the press secretary noted.

As a result, the trajectory of work in the "far arc" is becoming quite concrete, and the prospects are very good.

"Africa is precisely one of the most promising areas. The President is urging everyone towards intensive work at a high pace and with the same productivity," said Natalya Eismont.

There are no problems in cooperation with China, as the President noted. "This is our strategic partner with whom we have cooperated, are cooperating, and will cooperate," the press secretary stated.

There is great mutual interest with the United Arab Emirates. Not only in a bilateral format but also, as the Head of State indicated, it concerns possible joint work in Africa.

The meeting also discussed the negotiations of the government delegation in Uzbekistan and Vietnam. Prime Minister Roman Golovchenko reported in detail on the outcomes of the trip.

"Regarding Belarusian-Uzbek relations, it's about specific plans and projects. And the Vietnamese direction, one might say, we are reviving. Both sides are ready for this," the Head of State's press secretary shared the details.

The President placed a special emphasis at the meeting on the fact that the Deputy Prime Ministers should actively engage in the work. The Head of State demands no less activity from ambassadors and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as a whole. "In general, the results have been summarized, tasks have been set, and areas of responsibility have been distributed. No slowdown – this is the main thesis and demand of the President," Natalya Eismont emphasized.

As BELTA reported, Alexander Lukashenko visited a number of foreign countries in the past two weeks.

In early December, he participated in the World Climate Summit in the United Arab Emirates and held numerous meetings with foreign counterparts on the sidelines of this forum.

After that, the President visited China, where he met with PRC Chairman Xi Jinping.

Upon returning to the UAE, the head of the Belarusian state met with the President of that country, Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

From the UAE, Alexander Lukashenko headed to Africa. An official two-day visit to Equatorial Guinea and a working visit to Kenya took place.

In turn, Belarusian Prime Minister Roman Golovchenko visited Uzbekistan and Vietnam during these days, where negotiations and meetings at various levels were held.
