Lukashenko congratulated Patriarch Kirill on the anniversary of his enthronement

President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko congratulated Patriarch of Moscow and All Rus' Kirill on the anniversary of his enthronement. This was reported to BELTA by the press service of the Belarusian leader.

"Throughout the years of service at the head of the Russian Orthodox Church, you have actively cared for fellow believers, shown great concern for their needs, and generously shared your rich experience," the congratulatory message reads. "Your life is an example of following the holy commandments of the Savior, unwavering faith in Him, for only it is capable of changing and transforming a person, filling the soul with true meaning and joy. Your prayers warm the homes of the peoples of Belarus and Russia, strengthening our fraternal relations."

Alexander Lukashenko wished Patriarch Kirill good health, well-being, peace, and harmony.
