Lukashenko signs decree on Secretariat of Belarusian People's Congress

On February 16, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko signed Decree No. 56 "On the Secretariat of the All-Belarusian People's Congress." This was reported to BELTA by the press service of the Belarusian leader.

The document approves the Provisional Regulations on the Secretariat. It is a permanent working body ensuring the exercise of the VNS's powers.

The decree enters into force upon its official publication and remains effective until the Regulations on the Secretariat of the VNS are approved by the All-Belarusian People's Congress.
