Lukashenko approved the draft agreement with Russia on the recognition of electronic signatures in cross-border interaction

On February 28, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko signed Decree No. 72, which approved as a basis for negotiations the draft intergovernmental agreement between Belarus and Russia on the procedure for recognizing electronic signatures (electronic digital signatures) in electronic documents during cross-border electronic interaction. This was reported to BELTA by the press service of the Head of State.

The Ministry of Communications and Informatization is authorized to conduct negotiations on the draft agreement and its signing.
