48 representatives from various fields have been awarded state decorations. The corresponding decree No. 235 was signed by the President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko on June 17, the press service of the Belarusian leader informed BELTA.

The orders, medals, and honorary titles were conferred for many years of fruitful work, high professionalism, exemplary performance of official duties, active participation in the socio-political life of the country, courage and determination shown in saving people on water and during a fire, merits in military and state service, protection of the state border, significant personal contribution to ensuring legality and law and order, combating crime, improving the tax system, developing the real sector of the economy and foreign economic relations, the veterans' movement, nurturing the younger generation, and excellent achievements in construction, education, and culture.

Thus, the head of the 86th Border Guard Group of the Border Service, Maksim Butranets, was awarded the Order "For Service to the Motherland" III degree. The head of the Tax Inspectorate of the Ministry of Taxes and Duties for the Leninsky District of Mogilev, Mikhail Bondarenko, the chairman of the council of the Mogilev regional organization of the Belarusian Public Association of Veterans, Anatoly Glaz, and the chairman of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Mikhail Myatlikov, were awarded the Order of Honor.

The merits of the driver of fire and rescue unit No. 1 of the Khoiniki District Department for Emergency Situations, Nikolay Zhuravsky, the senior instructor-rescuer of fire and rescue post No. 15 of the Vitebsk District Department for Emergency Situations, Sergey Ivanov, and the senior instructor-rescuer of the decontamination, degasification, and firefighting department of fire and rescue unit No. 1 of the Pinsk City and District Department for Emergency Situations, Andrey Salivon, were recognized with the medal "For a Saved Life".

The medal "For Distinction in Military Service" was awarded to Senior Officer of the Department of the Main Directorate of the State Border Committee Yuri Panov.
 
Among those awarded the medal "For Distinction in Protecting Public Order" are Head of the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee for Minsk Region Andrey Kirillov, Investigator for Particularly Important Cases of the Department for Investigating Crimes Against Individuals and Public Security of the Main Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee Anastasia Fedorenko, and First Deputy Chairman of the Investigative Committee Oleg Shandarevich.

Commandant of the Border Commandant's Office of the 14th Border Detachment of the Border Service Maxim Beytyuk and Head of the Border Outpost of the Detachment Konstantin Soymanov were awarded the medal "For Distinction in Protecting the State Border".
 
Among those awarded the medal "For Labor Merits" are Deputy Chairman of the Gomel Regional Executive Committee Dmitry Aleinikov, Director of the Pinsk State Agrarian Technological College Nikolai Vakulchik, Head of the Department of Control and Protocol Work and Issuance of Legal Acts of the Office of the President of Belarus Elena Vyazhevich and her Deputy Nadezhda Myshkovskaya, Chairman of the Beshenkovichi District Organization of the Belarusian Public Association of Veterans Anatoly Krachkovsky, and Chairman of the Kirovsk District Executive Committee Galina Slobodnikova.
 
The medal of Francysk Skaryna was awarded to Head of the Military Band - Military Conductor of the 16th Border Group of the Border Service Sergey Alekseenko, member of the Union of Writers of Belarus Boris Dolgotovich, Professor of the Department of Mathematical Analysis, Differential Equations and Algebra of Yanka Kupala Grodno State University Ivan Martynov, and Director of the Pinsk State Automobile Mechanical College Sergey Polkhovsky.
 
Head of the Main Directorate for Work with Citizens' Appeals and Legal Entities of the Administration of the President Grigory Shlyk and Head of the Main Directorate of Personnel Policy of the Administration of the President Alexey Guida were awarded the medal "For Impeccable Service" of I and III degrees, respectively.
The Decree also conferred honorary titles of Belarus. Informatics teacher of the Myadel Gymnasium Vyacheslav Savchik was awarded the honorary title "Honored Teacher of the Republic of Belarus", and Deputy Director for Production of the enterprise "Belpromproekt" Anatoly Peregud - the title "Honored Builder of the Republic of Belarus".
 
The Head of State also signed a decree on announcing Gratitude of the President of Belarus.

For conscientious and fruitful work, high professionalism, and active participation in the socio-political life of the country, the award was presented to: Aleksandr Koleda, a member of the Brest Regional Organization of the Belarusian Public Association "Veterans of Physical Culture and Sports"; Aleksey Lavrenenok, Deputy Head of the Main Department of Organizational and Personnel Management - Head of the Department for Organizational Support, Work with Local Government Bodies and Self-Government of the Mogilev Regional Executive Committee; and Aleksandr Lipnitsky, Deputy Head of the Main Department - Head of the Department for Coordination of Information Activities of the Main Department of Information Policy and Public Development of the Presidential Administration.

A Letter of Gratitude from the President was also awarded to: Andrey Morozov, Head of the Main Department of Organizational and Personnel Management of the Minsk City Executive Committee; Natalya Radina-Karachevskaya, Head of the Department for Speech Preparation of the Presidential Administration; Mikhail Sevko, Head of the Department for Organizational Work and Professional Development of the Main Department of Organizational and Personnel Management of the Grodno Regional Executive Committee; Kazimir Charapkovsky, Chairman of the Minsk Regional Organization of Veterans of the Belarusian Public Association of Veterans; and Aleksandr Shundrik, Head of the Department of Regional Policy of the Presidential Administration.
