"The main thing is let's be together." Lukashenko on the leitmotif of informal communication with CIS leaders

President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko shared details with journalists in the Kremlin about what was discussed during the previous day's joint dinner and informal communication with the leaders of the CIS countries, a BELTA correspondent reports.

 

"From geopolitics to specific internal issues. But the main thing is - let's be together," he added.
 
In his speech at the summit, the head of state expressed confidence that the parties would be able to find optimal solutions to all agenda issues that meet the interests of the countries. "We will be able to frankly exchange views on all current problems, as is customary for us. Although I caught myself thinking: 'What else can we discuss today that we didn't discuss yesterday?' Almost all issues - regional conflicts, challenges, both the Middle East and our regional relations. And today, fortunately, by repeating ourselves, we confirm our conclusions from yesterday," said Alexander Lukashenko.
