Lukashenko approves draft double taxation avoidance agreement with Jordan
President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko approved the draft intergovernmental agreement with Jordan on the avoidance of double taxation with respect to taxes on income and the prevention of tax evasion and minimization of tax liabilities as a basis for negotiations. The head of state signed Decree No. 53 on February 10, the press service of the Belarusian leader informed BELTA.
The Ministry of Taxes and Duties is authorized to conduct negotiations on the draft agreement and to sign the document upon reaching an agreement within the approved draft.-
