"Perhaps somewhere one needs to take a risk." Lukashenko wants to see a reasonable tax system in Belarus
President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko has instructed the Ministry of Taxes and Duties to analyze tax legislation and develop a reasonable tax system. The Head of State set this task for the department on March 3, when making personnel decisions, according to a BELTA correspondent.
"The Minister of Taxes and Duties needs to analyze our tax legislation once again. I really hope that you, as an experienced person who has worked in many areas, will propose some new reasonable system. Perhaps, somewhere it is necessary to take a risk – our country is manageable. But you don't need to chase anyone, you need to proceed from our conditions," said Alexander Lukashenko.
The Head of State called the optimization of tax incentives a very important task. According to the President, a system should be developed that entrepreneurs can easily understand, rather than starting their new working day with a trip to the tax inspectorates. "And this happens," noted Alexander Lukashenko.
