Belarus and Zimbabwe have agreed to establish a commission at the level of heads of state. This was announced by the President of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, following talks in Minsk with his Zimbabwean counterpart, Emmerson Mnangagwa, as reported by a BELTA correspondent.

"We have agreed to establish a commission at the level of heads of state. It will become a high-level strategic mechanism for coordinating the work of existing joint commissions and committees," said the Belarusian leader.

According to him, a draft agreement to this effect will be prepared for his return visit to Zimbabwe.
