Lukashenko approved amendments to the legislation on individual entrepreneurship
President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko signed the law "On Amendments to Laws on Individual Entrepreneurial Activity".
The document amends 26 laws in various areas of legal relations, including three codes. BELTA was informed about this by the press service of the Belarusian leader.
The scope of individuals to whom the regulatory provisions are addressed is specified: either all citizens, or only individuals not engaged in entrepreneurial activity, or only citizen entrepreneurs.
The mention of individual entrepreneurs is excluded from norms that regulate types of activities not included in the relevant list determined by the Decree of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 28, 2025 No. 457.
Preferences previously provided for microenterprises are extended to organizations with up to 50 employees.
In addition, to ensure the systematic and comprehensive nature of legal regulation, a number of amendments not related to the transformation of entrepreneurial activity were included in the law.
