Procedure for Receiving Citizens and Legal Entities
Preliminary registration for personal appointments with the Chairman, Deputy Chairmen of the Rossonsky District Executive Committee and consultations is carried out by the Head of the Sector for Handling Appeals from Citizens and Legal Entities of the District Executive Committee, Petrova Elena Vladimirovna (Office 12, 1st floor, Tel. 5-16-32). In her absence – by the Chief Specialist of the Sector, Tayanovich Valentina Ivanovna (Office 18, Tel. 5-20-45). Working schedule: Monday-Friday from 8:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 17:00. Saturday, Sunday – days off.
Written appeals addressed to the Chairman of the District Executive Committee, his deputies, and the Administrator of Affairs – Head of the Administration of Affairs of the District Executive Committee can be registered in the Sector for Handling Appeals from Citizens and Legal Entities in Office 12 (1st floor).
