A spot check was carried out at the State Institution "Territorial Center for Social Services of the Population of the Rossony District"

Selective inspection conducted

        In May-June 2026, employees of the Rossonsky District Department for Emergency Situations conducted a fire safety inspection of the facilities of the State Institution "Territorial Center for Social Services for the Population of the Rossonsky District" (Head - Mishchenko Olga Ivanovna).

During the inspection, the following violations of fire safety requirements were identified:

Social Rehabilitation, Habilitation of Disabled Persons and Elderly Citizens Department of the State Institution "Territorial Center for Social Services for the Population of the Rossonsky District" at the address: urban-type settlement Rossony, Sovetskaya Street, 15

building materials with unconfirmed fire-technical characteristics (siding on walls, ceiling) were used for finishing walls and ceiling in the corridor;

Round-the-clock Department for Elderly and Disabled Persons No. 1 of the State Institution "Territorial Center for Social Services of the Population of the Rossony District" at the address: Rossony District, ag. Krasnopolye, Sosnovy Lane, 3

for interior finishing and floor coverings in the building of residential корпуса No. 1, construction materials with unconfirmed fire-technical characteristics were used (linoleum on the floor in the warehouse near room No. 10, in the sanitary room, in the utility room, siding on the ceiling in rooms No. 11, 9, 10, 8, 7, 5, 2, 4, warehouse near room No. 10, nurse's office, toilet, siding on the walls in the sanitary room, toilet, utility room);

for interior finishing and floor coverings in the residential корпуса building, construction materials with unconfirmed fire-technical characteristics were used (linoleum on the floor in rooms No. 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 19, 18, siding on the walls in the kitchen area, toilets, siding on the ceiling in the kitchen area, toilets).

Also, during the inspection, violations of a capital nature were identified (recommended for implementation), namely:

The fire alarm system "Molniya" is located at a distance of less than 0.2 m from metal structures;

ventilation is not interlocked with fire alarm systems;

the evacuation width of the corridor is less than 1 m;

the evacuation height of the corridor is less than 2 m;

Department of 24-hour stay for elderly citizens and disabled persons No. 1 of the State Institution "Territorial Center for Social Services of the Population of the Rossony District" at the address: Rossony district, Krasnopolye agro-town, Sosnovy Lane, 3

ventilation is not interlocked with fire alarm systems;

fire alarm systems have been in operation for more than 10 years;

24/7 Residential Care Unit for Elderly and Disabled Persons of the State Institution "Territorial Center for Social Services of the Population of Rossony District" at the address: Rossony District, Krasnopolsky s/s, Zaborye village, Internatsionalnaya St., 23

ventilation is not interlocked with fire automation systems;

construction materials with unconfirmed fire-technical characteristics were used for interior finishing and floor coverings (wood on the ceilings in rooms No. 6, 7, 5, 4, 3, 2, 20, 19, 18, 17, 16, assembly hall, corridors, utility rooms, laundry room, wood on the walls in rooms No. 16, 19, utility room, utility room, assembly hall, wallpaper on the walls in rooms No. 6, 7, 5, 4, 3, 2, 20, 18, 17, head's office, utility room).

The Ministry of Emergency Situations reminds that in accordance with Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Fire Safety", heads of organizations must ensure fire safety and fire prevention regulations in their respective organizations.
