On restoring order

Much is being done in the Rossony district to establish order and improve the area. Most private homeowners also strive to keep their yards and adjacent territories clean and tidy. However, there are exceptions.
The condition of some yards indicates that not everyone is aware of, or pretends not to be aware of, their obligation to maintain the territory adjacent to their property in order.
We remind you that in accordance with Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus No. 430, the owner, holder, user, or tenant of a private household must maintain and clean the territory of their plot and monitor the sanitary condition of the adjacent territory.
The size of the territories for which citizens are involved in performing work to maintain proper sanitary conditions is established from the boundary of their plot to the sidewalk. If there is no sidewalk, then to the boundary of the street or road carriageway. On the other sides of the land plot – no more than 10 meters or half the distance to the neighboring land plot, but not more than 10 meters. Within this territory, it is necessary to:
– mow vegetation;
– remove garbage;
– perform other work.
