Pike-perch fishing is prohibited!

In order to preserve the fish resources of the Republic of Belarus and create favorable conditions for pike-perch spawning, in accordance with clause 30 of the Rules of Amateur Fishing and clause 68 of the Rules of Fishery Management, the following is prohibited: fishing for pike-perch in all water bodies from April 15 to May 30, 2023.

Any pike-perch caught must be released back into the water body alive and unharmed.

Administrative penalties for catching pike-perch include a fine of 10 to 30 Basic Units, and for each individual pike-perch caught during the spring fishing ban, the environmental damage is calculated at triple the rate and amounts to 18 BU (666 rubles).
