On the implementation of control activities by the Rossonsky District Inspectorate of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection for 6 months of 2023

Over the past 6 months of the current year, the Rossonsky District Inspectorate for Natural Resources and Environmental Protection and its structural units, as part of their control activities regarding compliance with environmental legislation and land management, conducted 57 control measures. As a result, 338 identified violations were addressed through the issuance of orders, recommendations, and letters.

One instance of environmental damage amounting to 49 rubles was identified, and one claim was filed.

During the specified period, 19 individuals were held administratively liable, with fines totaling 14,615 rubles imposed. Additionally, 4 individuals were exempted from administrative liability with a warning. All individuals admitted their guilt, voluntarily compensated for any environmental damage (if applicable), and had not been previously held administratively liable for similar offenses within the year.

The majority of environmental legislation violations were identified in the area of waste management (unauthorized waste disposal) and land management.
