On the implementation of control activities by the Rossonsky District Inspectorate of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection for 9 months of 2023

For the 9-month period of the current year, the Rossonsky District Inspectorate for Natural Resources and Environmental Protection and its structural units, within the framework of control activities on compliance with environmental legislation and land management, conducted 72 control measures. As a result, orders, recommendations, and letters were issued to rectify 504 identified violations.

Four instances of environmental damage totaling 35,127.62 rubles were identified, and 4 claims were filed.

During the specified period, 29 responsible individuals were brought to administrative liability, with fines totaling 19,129 rubles imposed. Additionally, 13 responsible individuals were exempted from administrative liability with a warning. All individuals admitted their guilt, voluntarily compensated for environmental damage (if any), and had not been previously held administratively liable for similar offenses within the year.

The majority of environmental legislation violations were identified in the area of waste management (unauthorized waste disposal) and land management.
