Please note that in accordance with the requirements of clause 11 of EcoNiP 17.08.06-001-2022 "Environmental Protection and Nature Management.

Atmospheric Air (including the Ozone Layer). Environmental Safety Requirements in the Field of Atmospheric Air Protection" for technological processes, boilers, internal combustion engine power plants, and other installations for which the emission standards for solid pollutants are established in Tables 4.1-4.14 of Annex 4 to EcoNiP 17.08.06-001-2022 exceeding 50 mg/m3, measures are planned and implemented for the introduction of best available techniques, construction and commissioning of facilities (gas cleaning installations ensuring the reduction of solid particle emissions to a concentration not exceeding 50 mg/m3 by January 1, 2028.

In the absence of best available techniques ensuring the emission of solid particles with a concentration not exceeding 50 mg/m3, existing technological processes, boilers, internal combustion engine power plants, and other installations shall be equipped with gas cleaning installations with a solid particle capture efficiency of 95 percent or more.

Thus, we draw the attention of nature users to the need to develop an action plan to reduce solid particle emissions to a concentration not exceeding 50 mg/m3 by January 1, 2028, and to the mandatory implementation of such measures!

For violation of the requirements of EcoNiP 17.08.06-001-2022, administrative liability is provided in accordance with Art. 16.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Belarus.
