To respondents providing state statistical reporting on form 1-waste (Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection) "Report on waste management"

Due to the termination of the operation of the specialized software "Electronic Respondent Offline" of the Unified Information System of State Statistics of the Republic of Belarus (hereinafter referred to as the UISSS) by the National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus from January 1, 2024, all legal entities, separate divisions of legal entities engaged in activities related to the management of production waste (except for legal entities, separate divisions of legal entities that generate only production waste similar to municipal waste, waste paper and cardboard from office activities and record keeping, waste packaging paper, cardboard, corrugated cardboard not contaminated, spent fluorescent lamps, spent compact fluorescent lamps (energy-saving), spent mercury lamps, with a total volume of such waste of 50 tons or less per year) are obliged to submit state statistical reports in the form of 1-waste (Ministry of Natural Resources) "Report on waste management" for 2023 to the Republican Research Unitary Enterprise "Belarusian Research Center "Ecology" (hereinafter referred to as RUP "Bel NIC "Ecology") in the form of an electronic document.

Respondents are required to fill out the state statistical report 1-waste (Ministry of Natural Resources) "Report on waste management" electronically using specialized software and an open key certificate (electronic digital signature tool of the State System of Public Key Management for Electronic Digital Signature Verification of the Republic of Belarus) issued within the State System of Public Key Management for Electronic Digital Signature Verification of the Republic of Belarus on the multifunctional web portal "Electronic Respondent" of the National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus on the global computer network Internet.

The form of state statistical reporting 1-waste (Ministry of Natural Resources) and instructions for its completion are approved by the Resolution of the National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus dated September 30, 2022 No. 90 "On approval of the form of state statistical reporting 1-waste (Ministry of Natural Resources) "Report on waste management" and instructions for its completion".

Changes have been made to the Resolution of the National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus dated 30.09.2022 No. 90 "On the approval of the state statistical reporting form 1-waste (Ministry of Natural Resources) "Report on waste management" and instructions for its completion" by the Resolution of the National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus dated 11.10.2023 No. 132 "On amending the Resolution of the National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus dated 30.09.2022 No. 90".

RUE "Bel NIC "Ecology" is a state enterprise that collects and processes the 1-waste report and conducts thematic training seminars.
