On the amendment of the application form for a permit for the emission of pollutants into the atmospheric air

The Rosson District Inspectorate of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection hereby informs that as of 28.11.2023, the application form for obtaining (extending the validity of) a permit for emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere has been amended, as well as the grounds for applying for a new emissions permit.

An applicant or their representative, in the manner prescribed by the Regulation on the Procedure for Issuing Emissions Permits, approved by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated 21.05.2009 No. 664, shall apply to the permit issuing authority for a new emissions permit in the following cases:

reorganization of the applicant in the form of merger, spin-off, division, or accession of another applicant to it – within a six-month period from the date of state registration or state registration of amendments and (or) additions made to the constituent documents of the legal entity;

transfer of ownership, economic management, operational management, lease, or other legal basis for facilities affecting the atmospheric air that have stationary emission sources – within a six-month period from the date such circumstances arise;

change of location of facilities affecting the atmospheric air that have stationary emission sources – before their operation begins;

the need to increase the permissible emission limits for pollutants into the atmospheric air – from the date such circumstances arise;

the need to supplement the emissions permit with permissible emission limits for pollutants and (or) emission sources not previously specified therein – before the operation of the emission sources begins;

the expiration of the period specified in the second and third paragraphs of the first part of clause 22 of the aforementioned Regulation.
