On typical violations of environmental legislation identified during control activities

The control activities of the Rossonsky District Inspectorate of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection are carried out in the form of selective inspections, as well as preventive and precautionary measures.

For 2 months of 2024, the inspectorate conducted 2 monitoring activities, based on the materials of which 5 recommendations were issued to business entities, and 86 violations of environmental legislation were identified.

Based on the results of control activities for 2 months of 2024, 2 offenders were brought to administrative responsibility, and 6 persons were exempted from administrative responsibility with a warning.

The main part of the violations consists of violations in the field of waste management and water use.
