On typical violations of environmental legislation identified during control activities

The control activities of the Rossonsky District Inspectorate of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection are carried out in the form of spot checks, as well as preventive and precautionary measures.

For 3 months of 2024, the inspectorate conducted 4 monitoring activities, based on which 13 recommendations were issued to business entities, and 194 violations of environmental legislation were identified.

As a result of control activities for 3 months of 2024, 4 offenders were brought to administrative responsibility, 15 persons were exempted from administrative responsibility with a warning. Fines totaling 3400 rubles were imposed.

The main part of the violations consists of violations in the field of production waste management and water use.
