Atmospheric emissions: a number of regulations have been adjusted

The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus, by Resolution No. 57 of October 29, 2024, established the administrative procedure regulations for business entities concerning sub-item 6.21.3 "Obtaining a duplicate permit for emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere" of List No. 548.

Amendments have also been made to the administrative procedure regulations concerning emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere, carried out for business entities, under sub-items 6.21.1 and 6.21.2 of List No. 548.

Resolution No. 57 entered into force on November 18, 2024.
