A hotline has been opened regarding the involvement in economic circulation of lands occupied by DKR

The Vitebsk Regional Committee for Natural Resources and Environmental Protection has opened a hotline on the issue of involving lands occupied by woody and shrubby vegetation (plantations) into economic circulation and determining the directions of their use*.

Every Tuesday from 10:00 to 12:30 by phone 8 (212) 24 74 21 or 24 74 58 and every Thursday from 10:00 to 12:30 by phone 8 (212) 24 74 22 or 24 74 58, you will be consulted on the existing regulatory legal framework governing the procedure for removing objects of the plant world growing on lands with woody and shrubby vegetation (plantations) of agricultural designation, within the boundaries of water protection zones and coastal strips, for their subsequent involvement in economic circulation, as well as on the procedure for declaring specially protected natural areas, and other issues within the competence of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection.

The request** must contain the following information:

the surname, given name, patronymic (if any) or initials of the citizen / the name and (or) address of the organization or the position and (or) surname, given name, patronymic (if any) or initials of the person to whom the appeal is addressed;

the address of the place of residence (place of stay) / the full name of the legal entity and its location;

email address for sending a response;

summary of the appeal.

* Please note that the final decision on the involvement in economic circulation of lands occupied by woody and shrub vegetation (plantations) and the determination of their use directions is made by the relevant commission established within each local executive and administrative body (basic level).

** The consideration of appeals received through the hotline is regulated by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 23, 2012 No. 667 "On some issues of working with appeals of citizens and legal entities".
