On the submission of departmental reporting and information on the state and movement of mineral reserves

To subsoil users engaged in geological study of subsoil, including mineral resource extraction, please note that in accordance with the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus No. 509 dated September 2, 2021 "On measures for the implementation of the Subsoil Code of the Republic of Belarus", the Regulation on the procedure for submitting information for maintaining state balances of mineral reserves and subsoil geothermal resources (hereinafter referred to as the Regulation) has been approved. In accordance with clause 2 of the Regulation, subsoil users who have been granted a mining allotment for the extraction of mineral resources must submit information on the movement of reserves of each type of mineral resource and (or) subsoil geothermal resources as of January 1, 2025, by March 15 to the State Enterprise "Belgosgeocenter".

The form for submitting information and a sample of the completed form in Microsoft Excel format are available on the website of the State Enterprise "Belgosgeocenter" www.belgeocentr.by in the section "Subsoil User → Procedure for accepting forms of departmental reporting and information on the state and movement of mineral reserves".

Please note that when filling out the form, reserves are filled in for each category separately. Also, if the deposit for which the mining allotment is submitted has not been put into development, it is necessary to provide information on the absence of an act on the transfer of a explored deposit into development.

If no mineral was extracted at the deposit, but there are remaining reserves, indicate the reason why extraction was not carried out.

We also inform you that the State Enterprise "Belgosgeocenter" provides a service for filling out the form for submitting information on the state and movement of mineral reserves and information on products obtained from mineral extraction based on the information of the subsoil user.
