Decoration or pollution: the dangers of tire art

Old tires are installed as decorations in front gardens across the country.

However, a fine is provided for this, as according to the waste classifier, -3 T "Waste of worn-out tires with textile cord" and "Waste of worn-out tires with metal cord" belong to third-class hazardous waste.
Experts claim that tires heated by the sun release more than a dozen harmful substances. They pollute the air and soil.

The fines under Article 16.44, Part 3, are up to thirty basic units for individuals, up to one hundred basic units for individual entrepreneurs, and up to one thousand basic units for legal entities.
To avoid polluting nature and incurring fines, dispose of them according to all regulations.
