Zero Injury Week

From April 21 to 25, 2025, the "Zero Injury Week" will be held at the Rossonsky District Inspectorate of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection.

This event is held with the aim of improving safety, enhancing hygiene and working conditions, and preventing occupational injuries by promptly identifying violations of labor protection requirements and taking measures to eliminate them.

During the "Zero Injury Week," additional measures will be organized for labor protection, injury prevention, and prophylaxis of occupational diseases among employees, reduction of occupational risks, enhanced control over working conditions at workplaces, proper use of personal protective equipment, and preservation of employees' life and health in the course of their work activities.

"Vision Zero" is a qualitatively new approach to organizing prevention, combining three areas – safety, labor hygiene, and employee well-being at all levels of production. Due to its flexibility, "Vision Zero" can be applied in any workplace, in any organization, and in any industry in all regions of the world.

The principles of "Vision Zero" are:

– priority of the employee's life and health;

– responsibility of managers and each employee for safety and compliance with labor protection requirements;

– involvement of the organization's employees in ensuring safe working conditions and labor protection. It is necessary for every employee to care for themselves as well as for their colleagues – "One for all, all for one"!;

– assessment and management of production risks;

– training and informing employees on labor protection issues.
