Parking

The Rossonsky District Inspectorate of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection reminds about the inadmissibility of parking mechanical vehicles within 30 meters horizontally from the shoreline, unless otherwise established by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus (sub-clause 1.11 of Article 54 of the Water Code of the Republic of Belarus).
Liability for non-compliance with the above requirements is provided for by Part 2 of Article 16.34 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Belarus in the form of a fine of up to 10 base amounts, for an individual entrepreneur - up to 25 base amounts, for a legal entity - up to 50 base amounts.
