FALLEN TREES | REMOVAL PROCEDURE
Fallen trees during the elimination of an emergency and its consequences (Article 37-9 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On the Plant World").

The removal of plant world objects during the elimination of an emergency and its consequences is permitted in cases where the elimination of the emergency and its consequences is impossible without the removal of plant world objects.
Persons who have carried out work on the removal of plant world objects are obliged to send a notification to the local executive and administrative body no later than 5 days from the date of removal.
Emergency situation - a situation that has arisen in a certain territory as a result of an industrial accident, other dangerous man-made situation, catastrophe, dangerous natural phenomenon, natural or other disaster, which have caused or may cause human casualties, harm to human health or the environment, significant material damage, and disruption of human living conditions (Law of the Republic of Belarus "On the Protection of the Population and Territories from Natural and Man-Made Emergencies").
