Fallen trees grew within the boundaries of land plots owned by legal entities, individual entrepreneurs, and citizens. (Article 37 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On the Plant World").

Permit: No permit required.
Fallen trees are removed by the users of land plots within the boundaries of the land plots granted to them, as well as by other persons based on a civil law contract with the users of land plots.

During inspections by territorial bodies of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection, it is necessary to prove the legality of tree removal. Therefore, in order to prevent offenses, it is necessary to keep photographic evidence of fallen trees and draw up at least internal acts.
